Summary: Deanna puts down her feelings for Beverly in a poem.
Disclaimer: In the beginning there was NBC, but they were a pack of wallys and sold Star Trek to Paramount for 5 pesos, 2 rusty safety pins and an old button. Paramount now owns the Star Trek universe, but occasionally I stage a jailbreak and let the characters out to have some fun. Don't tell Paramount or they'll sic an entire squadron of Jem'Hadar warriors onto me for despoiling Beverly (and that's not what's happening here - besides, Deanna did it, not me).
Warning: This poem contains mention of lesbian sex. If you didn't know that already, how did you find this website??
Archiving: Yes please on FFF, ASCEM and the Paradoxical F/F Archive (if you want it Rob). Anybody else that wants to archive please let me know and I'll probably say yes.
Feedback: Yes please. Constructive criticisms only (flames and unhelpful criticism will be returned with interest!) can be sent to me at the email address above or posted to the Femme Fuhq Fest or ASCEM-L groups.

A poem by Darklord
Beverly, my love, how do I love thee,
Let me count the ways
I love your smile as it lights up your face,
Warming the room more powerfully than any star,
Convincing me I'm safe and no harm will befall me.
I love your hair, the fiery red speaking of passion,
Knowing you will fight to stay by my side,
Through odds uncounted and dangers unknown.
I love your kiss as your lips touch mine,
Sending sparks of desire through my body,
And shivers of anticipation up my spine.
I love your arms as you hold me close,
Taking all my cares away and leaving me with but one thought,
Of love, and how special our love is.
I love your skin, so smooth and beautiful,
As it presses next to mine,
Wrapping me in a cocoon of love and protection.
I love your breasts, so soft and perfect,
Just right for me to touch and kiss,
As you do to mine every night.
I love your fleshy labia, the very core of your sexuality,
Where I am perfectly content to drown in your scent and your juices,
No other lover could ever taste as sweet.
I love your caress in the middle of the night,
Holding me close as your hands explore my body,
Turning me on like no other lover.
I love your tongue and your fingers,
And how you use them to drive me wild,
Teasing and exploring my body as you will.
I love your shoulders, screaming out to be kissed as you bare them to the night,
Bearing the weight of the world at times,
And made stronger by our love.
I love your eyes, the windows to your soul,
Through which shine your kindness and compassion,
And, at the same time, mirroring my desire for you.
I love your lips, so pinky-red and kissable,
And the way they move as you speak my name,
Crying out Deanna for all to hear, as you abandon yourself to the throes of passion.
I love your voice, full of honeyed tones,
That soothes my fevered brow with just a whisper,
And drives me wild with but one word.
I love your neck, so slender and desirable,
And the way you moan my name,
As I kiss your skin so tenderly in the moonlight.
I love your derrière as you lead us to our bed,
The feminine wiggle infuses my brain with thoughts of lust,
Of caresses and kisses to be placed against the silky flesh.
I love your legs, so smooth and shapely,
Dancers legs, made for me to run my hands along and kiss,
Or explore between as we make love all night.
I love your mind, full of inspiration and imagination,
Always coming up with new ways to show our love,
Even if no one else will see it in all its glory.
I love your soul, kind and forgiving,
Full of love for all humanity,
Yet still burning with a passion for me alone.
I love your thoughts as you think of me,
They warm my heart and fill my brain,
Whether we lay together, spent and sweaty, or are separated by galaxies.
I love our friendship, solid and true,
Trusting one another with each other's lives,
And knowing that we will never fail because of our love.
I love your spirit, generous and loving,
Making everyone who touches your life feel special,
Allowing them a glimpse of how you make me feel every moment.
But most of all Beverly, I love you,
My life, my one true soul mate,
There are no numbers to count the ways in which I love you,
You are my world, my alpha and my omega,
My one purpose in life is to love you as you should be loved,
To share my life with you, and to be loved in return.
Kiss me Beverly, my love, for I am yours forever and always,
Just as I have always been, since before the beginning of time,
My love, my Imzadi, my…Beverly.
